Designed UIs in agile for highly complex enterprise products for a simplified and enlightened user experience.

As acting Lead User Researcher, conducted research sessions and analyzed user testing feedback for use in the design process.

Redesigned our working process to include user experience into the established agile development cycle.

Educated developers and product managers in the IBM Design Thinking process and led a Design Thinking session for a new product.

Information Designer | February 2016 - October 2017

Designed welcome experiences for new users, researched potential third-party implementations, conducted usability tests.

Introduced a graphic email as a new asset to IBM’s welcome experience and produced a teaser video to market our product portfolio (both received recognition from our VP).

Redesigned a legacy asset as sole designer. Collaborating with a Visual Designer, coded the front-end for a series of emails for portfolio product support.

Authored documents & articles for enterprise B2B integration products functioning as a senior level writer, by regularly researching product documentation and interviewing developers.

Edited developers’ technical articles for publication. Designed & developed interactive diagrams to supplement traditional documentation.

Conducted user research with a UX team to develop hills, personas & storyboards for a new product.

Created a conceptual model diagram for that new product, meshing the users’ mental model with our existing technical design.
